Description

Alliance casm cities: The many cliff side cities that form the diplomatic hub of Roan. This is the center of power and wealth in the goodlands.
Common species: Archons, Dwarves, Elves, Halflings, Humans

Ancestor forest: The ancient woodland home of the wood elves. It sits quitely in power over the goodlands of Roan, providing magic and exotic resources.
Common species: Elves, Ents, Fungus, Taurians, Unicorns

Barmoth: A small village in the plains of eastern Roan. It provides mainly a civilized haven for travellers.
Common species: Dwarves, Humans, Nephlim

Bay of Nergal: The secret entrance to the underwater kingdom of the merfolk. The only known aquatic elves in Roan are said to live here.
Common species: Dragon turtle, Elves, Leviathon, Mermaids

Black Ice lake: A desolate hole that is home to the cruelest White dragon in the Netherlends. Its minions of ice protect its lair out of fear.

Blacksand's city: A ruined civilization in the heart of the desert. Its undead legions never rest under the eyes of there dark pharoahs

Blacksand tombs: The wealth of the desert, buried deep in this necropolis, is available to anyone who dares cross the ancient powers of the black sands.

Celestial cities: The many floating isles of the angelic kingdom. The timeless powers of light dwell here and watch over the mortal lands below.

Druid circle: The only island in roan magicaly made by druids. It serves as the largest permanent settlement of druids in the continent and there council center.

Dwarf mounts lower: The lower kingdoms of the Dwarf mounts. They trade freely but are stern towards shady outsiders.

Dwarf mounts upper: The upper kingdoms of the Dwarf mounts. They trade freely but are stern towards shady outsiders.
Common species: Chimera, Dwarves, Gorgons, Umberhulks

Dwarven outposts: Colonies of merchents and holy men that migrated from the Dwarf mounts. They exist on trade and mingling with the surface world.

Fallen land ruins: The wastelands left after the terrible battles fought against Diablo. It is now a permanent scar on the world of the living.

Frost crown castle: The central power of the Inner Netherlends. The frost giant royals rule viciously from here.

Gehna: One of the few settlements that still exist in the Inner Netherlends. The bitter hard folk here welcome any sign of life from the south lands.

Golden mountain: The last kingdom of high elves in the goodlands of roan. They are expanding overseas and to there sister kingdom up north.

Goragora: The closest thing to civilization in the corrupt lands. This goblinoid kingdom is the hub for activity among the dark denziens of the darkest nation.

Grandfather tree: The largest and oldest tree in the Netherlends. It is currently being kept alive and safe by the high elves and druids of northern Roan.
Common species: Evles, Hippogriff, Halflings, Humans

Grey wood: The darkest woods of the goodlands of Roan. It is held in strict check by its lizard folk rulers.
Common species: Creeping willows, Fungus, Leech horrors, Lizard folk, Spiders

Hawkeye tribe: Hawkeye tribe, or what once was, is now a gathering place for all the barbarians of the Netherlends.
Common species: Dwarves, Humans, Winter wolves

Horn beirn: A lair of hostile Frost giants. It is a plague upon the rest of the civilized kingdoms in the Netherlends, including the Frost Crown kingdom.
Common species: Giants, Mammoths, Winter wolves, Yeti

Igina: The closest thing to allies of the Frost Crown kingdom. They offer more friendship to those from the Netherlends then the rest of Roan.

Immoth: A fortress and temple for all those who seek shelter in the north. It is not hostile to any except those who threaten it.

Ishna Ramna: A settlement of mammoth herders. It is the target for almost any meat eating monsters of the north.

Jade city: The exotic society of Nephlim and amazons that guards the jungles. They are the source for many exotic foods and wares in Roan.

Jade ruins: The lost city of the old kingdom. It is now a breeding ground for monsters and dead treasure seekers.

Jayhad: A settlement of halflings that was once the subject of mental domination by outsiders. It now lives happily under the eyes of the Wood elves.

Keshtin: The pearl among endless sands, Keshtin is the wealth and power over the split desert and the mountains between.

Lithe coast: The largest ruins of migrators in the Netherlends. It is a tragic iced over grave that is darkly watched by the White dragons.

Logun docks: A wealthy fishing village that is always extending further and further over the lake, despite the dangers under the water.

Logun upper: The main city that controls the fishing and farming of the goodlands of Roan. It is proud to say it is home to Merlin, greatest wizard of human history.

Longlake: A small village sitting over the very waters of Longlake. Its floating shores provide the best fish in Western Roan.

Lost city: A forgotten ruin that sits beneath the vast pyramids of the Keshtin empire. It is not certain what became of its inhabitants.

Mahogeny: Named after a very well liked tree, The simple people of Mahogeny produce a great deal of the resources for the Alliance kingdom

Misted jungle: A small and mystical wilderness in southern Roan. The Wild elves that dwell here are as alluring as they are forbidding.

Monestary: The rebuilt holy sanctuary of Monestary. The migrating humans from a far off land a mainly male paladins and female rogues.
Common species: Banshees, Crimson fogs, Humans, Satyrs

Monestary ruins: The ruins of the first monestary that was crushed by the wrath of the prime evils, it is a black memory now to the surviving migrators.

Mount Eterna: The sacred mountain of the barbarians that survived the reign of Diablo. They now guard there scarred lands with lasting fury and bitterness.

Mount Mephist: The largest volcano in the Corrupt lands. It was once the home of the greatest red dragons in Roan. Today it is there graveyard.

Newbarke: One of the few friendly Barbarian tribes of Roan. They have formed a lasting guild which trades its finest warriors for resources to fund the town.

Newbrine: The trade link between Golden mountain and the outside world, its original human settlers have almost completely vanished under the new generation of half elves.

Port Rejak: Founded by a famous general, It is now the main fishing source for the kingdom of Sunedal.

Redridge: One of the only halflings cities that has prospered through all of Roans troubled past, it is now a knowledge center for all those across the continent.

Revived Solnus: The rebuilt ruins of an old elven city. The high elves of Golden mountain now run and rule its forested lands in peace.

Shades canyon: The haunted casm that joins the two halves of the Netherlends. It is the only known way through the Blue mountains

Shadow caverns: The shadow riddled tunnels and caves in the north of the Corrupt lands. It is one of the easiest paths to the underdark.

Stratus castle: The mysterious kingdom of the Cloud giants and Storm giants. They watch over the lands below with far away interest.

Sunedal: The largest human city outside of Alliance casm. It is a source of wealth and knowledge to all those along the western Roan lands.

Tristin: A hardy town that is greatly bent on religion. Those that live in Tristin say it is there faith that saw them through the dark second age.

Tsane colonies: The many clustered villages of the Netherlends. They serve as representative faces for the whole of the Netherlends.

Tyrant citidal: The stronghold of Mephisto. It was never a pleasant place and today it still maintains a strong tradition of evil and decadence.

Willowguard: A wood elf settlement outside the Ancestral forest. It trades freely with the rest of Roan and maintains the unicorn sanctuary just to the north.

Wolfbane ruins: The remains of one of the oldest barbarians tribes, destroyed by Diablo. It was the birth place of Ebrek and Bonebreaker. Two of the slayers of Diablo.

Wyrm gorge: A hot springs of a reptilian kingdom. It is a breeding ground for anything cold blooded in the north of Roan.
